About Me
My name is Gabrielle Zarrella. I'm a designer, and animator based out of Boston, MA. Currently, I work full time at GBH Kids, designing games and apps for clients including PBS kids and Amazon. I'm greatly inspired by the imagination and often allow that inspiration to drive my work, resulting in environments and stories where reality and fantasy can collide. This leads me to work heavily in the mediums of stop motion and digital mixed media. By using textures, photos, drawings, sound and video I am able to experiment endlessly. When I’m not working on projects I enjoy playing retro video games, watching animation shorts, DIY crafts, and trying new foods.
