Team Hamster!
PBS KIDS Ages 5-7
Team Hamster! is an interactive digital series that helps kids ages 4 to 8 think creatively and use engineering skills to solve problems with everyday tools. The below games were produced in collaboration with the University of Washington, and a team of youth co-designers with the goal to foster peer-to-peer engineering learning among children ages 5 to 7.
Awesome Obstacles
In this game, players work together to use simple machines like levers, springs and gears to move obstacles and collect stars across 20 levels.
My Roles: For this project I was the lead designer in UX/wireframes, visual design, and character + game animation.
Key Quest!
In this game, players collaborate to solve engineering puzzles using everyday household materials. Through these challenges, they investigate forces, motion and stability, simple machines, and properties of materials.
